Thank you for your support; your continual trust in us has kept us going even when the going gets tough. There is no aspect of life the COVID-19 pandemic has not affected, and no one is spared. Despite the challenges, I am constantly heartened by feedback from clients who have enjoyed returning for their beauty and wellness treatments and feel safe with us. I believe we are able to pivot and continue to bring value and innovation to you.

The brands that succeed are the ones that deliver value, either through price or by creating benefits for customers. In order to remain competitive and provide savings to our customers, we’ve also made improvements to enhance price transparency and through our standardised approach in product development and supply that has also allowed us to lower our product prices. I always believe that we need to constantly improve ourselves and bring greater value to our customers to keep us competitive.
YOUR WELLBEING IS OUR TOP PRIORITY
With your wellbeing, as well as our staff’s, remaining our top priority, we have brought our precautionary measures up many notches. As we continue to live our lives in the new norm, our treatment centers have also adopted a set of Safety Management measures to do our part in keeping the curve flat.
GIVING BACK TO SOCIETY
Besides developing good practices or protocols that benefit the business, we also look towards creating a positive impact on society through volunteering and donation efforts. We took a percentage of our sales from July to August 2020 and made cash donations to Food From The Heart. This charity reaches out to the less fortunate by alleviating hunger through a food distribution programme. Our operation and management teams also volunteered their time at Food From The Heart’s warehouse to help pack food to be distributed to school children of low-income families.
APPRECIATING OUR HEALTHCARE HEROES
To show our appreciation for our healthcare heroes, Bella Marie France is also offering workers in the healthcare industry complimentary skin and body pampering treatments at our Beauty Gyms. It is our simple way of saying thank you to the people working hard for the nation! We want to show our support by serving them in return.
We also hope to tide over this pandemic safely, while also providing our clients with not only solutions to stress-induced skin, body and hair issues, but also a place to rest and unwind from the effects of this difficult time.
